Here is the latest edition of what’s happening around Theatre 3triple2.
It is a very busy time for us as we head into Xmas and New Year
Ticketing announcement
Unfortunately, due to rising costs we will need to increase our ticket prices for 2024
Kids Pantomimes will rise from $10.50 to $12.00 & Family ticket from $35.00 to $42.00
Winter Solstice & 12 x12 will rise from $25.00 to $27.50.
Theatre 3triple2 Special offer
Purchase tickets to all 3 Pantomimes in one transaction and receive a discount.
Pay $10.50 per ticket & Family Ticket just $38.00 (per show)
Purchase tickets to “A Christmas Carol” , The Winter Solstice & the 12 x12 plays in one transaction and pay $25.00 per ticket (per show)
The discounted tickets will need to be purchased though The Potato Shed Box office and are NOT available online
These discounted tickets will become available on December 13th 2023
Cast and Directors Call Out
Kids Pantomime Mother Goose January 16th -19th 2024
Open auditions for this production will be held on Monday 11th & Wednesday 13th December starting at 6:30 pm. These will be held at The Potato Shed in Drysdale
We are looking for 4-5 cast members to fill the roles
Our Kids productions are very successful and usually attract audiences of over 600 for the week.
“Farndale Avenue A Christmas Carol” - March 22nd & 23rd 2024
As previously advised, we have secured the rights to perform this wonderful comedy play.
We are looking for 5-7 cast members to fill the roles
Auditions will be held on 17th & 18th January 2024 starting at 7:00pm

Join us for an adventure through classic nursery rhymes with a difference.
This great play is sure to entertain both the young and old.
Two shows daily 10:30 & 1:30 running from Tuesday 16th Jan - Friday 19th Jan. Lots of interaction for the Kids including the colouring in competition
12 x12’s Play Festival Sunday December 10th & Tuesday December 12th, 2023.
Rehearsals are well underway for this year’s performance. Our actors and directors are looking forward to bringing 12 plays to life for your enjoyment. We are running a matinee on Sunday 10th Dec @ 2:00pm as well as our traditional night on Tuesday 12th Dec starting@ 7:00pm. Make sure you book your tickets early as they sell out very fast.
Member & Friends Nights, Play Reading & Script Development Nights
Our next scheduled night will not be held until Feb 2024 -date TBC. We take a short break while we perform the 12 x12 plays and over Christmas.
Winter Solstice June 2024 – Deadline Extension
We are now planning for next year’s event. Submissions for 1 act plays are now open and have been extended. Entries will now close on January 15th 2024. We will consider any genre of play as long as it is original and has not been performed elsewhere prior to us performing in June 2024.
