Theatre 3Triple2 Inc. is a community theatre company based at the Potato Shed, a Multi-Arts Centre in Drysdale on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula.
The Company was established in 2004 (formerly known as Encore 4 Kids) by a collection of skilled locals with the common interest of providing quality seasonal entertainment across various theatrical genres for a range of audience types.
Our annual productions include:
Children’s pantomimes performed in the January, July & September school holidays (Theatre 3triple2 4 kids)
Winter Solstice performed in June
12x12 short plays performed each December
Theatre 3triple2 continues to invite local experienced and emerging artists, technicians and production crew to contribute to our community driven company and further enrich the arts culture within the developing region.
This year Theatre 3triple2 celebrates its 22nd year of operation and continues to expand its exciting repertoire of productions from pantomimes to short play festivals and feature guest performances at community events and festivals throughout Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. Theatre 3triple2 Inc. is Geelong’s leading Kids Pantomime Theatre Company which provides an opportunity for Kids to experience the wonderful life of Theatre. We produce 3 Kids shows per year with one of these being an original pantomime written by a local playwright. In September 2022 we celebrated our 500th Kid’s show
We support and encourage the development of local writers and actors, providing the opportunity for them to bring their work to life. Theatre 3triple2 also provides a range of resources to ensure creative works can be executed with quality to public audiences who are known to travel from near and far to experience live theatre .
